Now in Beta

The Pickleball Operating System.

Every tournament, league and ladder your club runs — the entries, the scores, the waivers and the money, in one place.

Start by signing in with Apple, Google or your email address and finishing your profile. Members can also ask for a club to be set up.

The Paddles Up Explore page: what clubs have on, soonest first, and what is still open to join.

What It Does

Everything a club runs, and everything a player enters.

Entries, payments and waivers live in one place, so nobody spends Sunday night matching a spreadsheet against Venmo.

Events

Set up an event, its competitions and how players enter and pay — then change any of it later from the event's own page.

Leagues and Ladders

A league's weeks of pool play, or a ladder night made one round at a time from results: winners up a court, losers down.

Matches and Scores

Scores game by game in the format you play, lineups for each side, and standings and brackets that move on as the results land.

Registrations

Every entry in one list: who is in, who with, who is waiting and who has paid. Add players one at a time or paste in a whole sign-up sheet.

Payments

Entry fees by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Zelle or however your club already collects — plus discount codes when you want them.

Waivers and Documents

Upload your own waiver, place its fields and require it for an event. Everybody who enters is asked, and signs from their phone.

Memberships

Plans your members pay for monthly, quarterly or yearly, renewed on their saved card, with a waitlist when a plan is full.

Interest Surveys

Find out who would play before you commit to running something, then invite everyone who said yes.

Club and Event Pages

A page for your club, each event and every venue, with a link you can post anywhere. Strangers see what is open; only players see full names.

For Clubs

Set it up once. Read what comes in.

Set up an event, its competitions and the rules for entering, all in one form — and change any of it later. Then watch the entries land: who is in, who has paid, who still owes a signature.

  • Entry fees taken at registration by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Zelle or however you already collect
  • Your own waiver, uploaded once and asked of everybody who enters
  • A waitlist, a sub list and a free agent list, and competitions only the players you invite can enter
  • Choose who can see each event, then post the link anywhere without handing over your roster

For Players

Every event you are in, in one list.

What you entered, who with, what it cost and what your club still needs from you — beside your matches, played and still to come.

  • Enter with a partner now or add one later — or join the free agent list to find one
  • Join the waitlist when it is full, or ask to sub
  • Pay now or later with a saved card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — or pay the club directly and tell them you have
  • Sign what the club asks for from your phone

On Match Day

Enter the score once. The rest follows.

Staff — or players, when the host allows it — enter the score game by game, and it shows on every phone without a refresh. Standings, the next round and players' DUPR ratings update by themselves.

  • Every format your club plays, from best of three to team formats like MLP, triple team and PCCC
  • Lineups picked from the team and its subs
  • Players score their own matches when the host switches it on
  • Live boards on the club's own TV, and check-in on a tablet at the desk

The Money

Know what every event made.

Entry fees, membership dues, sponsorships and court fees add up by event and month. See what came in, what card fees took, what was refunded and what is left. Card payments go straight into the club's own Stripe account.

  • Profit and loss for each event, once you add what it cost to run
  • Refunds from the entry itself, and cash or checks recorded beside the card payments
  • Sponsorships and court fees invoiced from the club, payable by bank or card
  • A spreadsheet of every payment and refund for whoever keeps the books

Your club's season, in one place.

Paddles Up is in beta while clubs move across. If your club is already on it, you have an account: sign in with your email. If it is not, you can still sign in and look around.
