Players upload profile photos and clubs upload logos and event images, so sometimes something appears here that should not.
If something of yours is on Paddles Up without permission
Write to legal@paddlesup.io, and tell us:
- What the work is, and that it is yours or that you are authorized to act for the owner.
- Where it appears on Paddles Up — a web address, or enough detail for us to find it.
- How to reach you: name, email, and a postal address or phone number.
- That you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
We will look at it promptly, remove or hide the material where the complaint is well founded, and tell the person who posted it what happened and who asked.
Please do not use this to remove something you simply do not like. A complaint made in bad faith wastes a real process, and in some circumstances it carries its own liability.
If we removed something of yours
Reply to the message we sent you, or write to legal@paddlesup.io. Tell us what was removed, where it was, and why you believe it was taken down by mistake — for example that you own it, that you have a license, or that the use is fair. We will put it back if we agree.
Repeat infringers
An account that repeatedly posts material belonging to other people will be suspended or closed.
Trademark, and other rights
For trademark, publicity or privacy complaints — including a photo of you posted by somebody else — write to legal@paddlesup.io with what was posted, where, and what right it infringes.
